Marketing and Box Office Coordinator 

Full-time, permanent, £21,000 pa


Following restructuring there is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Cranleigh Arts as Marketing and Box Office Coordinator. Working under our newly appointed Artistic Director, who is an experienced PR professional, you will implement all “tell and sell” aspects of our mission to enrich, entertain and inspire the Cranleigh community. You will be a recent graduate with a good Marketing degree, a passion for the arts and will be looking to combine your knowledge with intensive hands-on experience. As a small team dedicated to collaborative working this is a “face in the space” role, so WFH would not be possible.

Main duties include web, print and all media messaging, brand awareness, audience messaging and research, all sales delivery and management. You should be able to show proven Project Management, planning and administrative skills and IT skills using standard industry software.

Pottery Tutor

We are looking for a Pottery Tutor who could teach a weekly afternoon class in our well-equipped pottery from September.

You would teach a variety of building and glazing techniques to a mixed ability group of up to eight students and provide support, advice and guidance to ensure the best possible student experience.  An hourly fee of £27ph. would be paid, with an additional allowance for preparation time.  For further details or to apply contact [email protected]

Working alongside our events programmer or marketing manager, helping with customer service and hospitality or other aspects of our administration could give you an understanding of how a small and vibrant arts organisation works, boost your CV and contribute to the local community.
