Cranleigh Arts is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join our small and dedicated team to implement our creative policy, artistic vision and mission through the delivery and development of the arts programme.

You will create a varied programme to meet the needs of our diverse local communities, ensure the generation of income through high ticket sales, and define the creative identity of the venue.

Main duties include implementing, coordinating and contracting performing arts events, a Visual Arts programme, workshops, online and outreach projects.

You will need a degree or an appropriate qualification in a relevant subject, e.g. Arts Management, Performing Arts, Visual Arts; a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in the Arts or a related field; proven planning, Project Management, and administration skills; IT skills using standard industry software.
