We will book the best seat available, and will contact you if there are no tickets left for an event.

If you have specific seating requirements please inform us. We will do our best to help you and will always contact you if we are unable to meet your requests.

Booking online is not available less than 48 hours prior to an event. Please telephone our Box Office on 08456 128 128 (local rate number) to purchase your tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We operate a 'no-refund or exchange' policy except if the event is cancelled by the venue or promoter. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Tickets, once sold, can not be re-issued. Discounted 'in advance' tickets must be purchased before close of Centre's opening hours on day of event. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult for all shows. 'Family ticket' means it will admit 4 people. Please be aware that standing events have limited seating offered on a first come first served basis. If you are unsure in any way with regard to this please call us at the Centre.

To qualify for ‘in advance’ prices, tickets must be purchased before close of the Centre’s opening hours on day of event. On the day of the event, tickets are only available on the phone or in person.

If an event is designated a standing event in the brochure or on the website, there will be a dance floor and limited or no seating will be available in the auditorium.

The Centre is available for hire by local groups, organisations and individual promoters to stage their own events, and therefore has no artistic input in the programme content for these events.

Cranleigh Arts Centre reserves the right to make changes in the cast or advertised arrangements which may be necessary. The use of cameras and any form of audio or visual recording equipment is strictly forbidden. No drinks are allowed in the auditorium unless agreed by the Centre for special events. Cranleigh Arts Centre adopts a No Smoking Policy throughout the building.
