Booking Methods

Cranleigh Arts Centre is pleased to offer a variety of ways that you can book tickets for events.

Please note that we can not reserve tickets for any of our events

In Person

Visit our Box Office during our opening times: Tues – Sat, 10am – 4.30pm.(Open late for events and workshops when advertised.)

Telephone

Call us during opening hours with your Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo or Maestro ready. Please note A £1 booking fee will be made per transaction when using a credit/debit card and there is an additional charge of 60p for posting tickets to you.

If you choose to keep your tickets on the box office for safe keeping please be sure to please bring your card as proof of identity when collecting them.

Post

If you opt to purchase tickets using a cheque through the post, please ensure you include a covering letter with full details of the event(s) you would like to book along with your contact details. Cheques for the full amount should be made out to Cranleigh Arts Centre Ltd. If you would like us to send your tickets to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Otherwise, we will keep your tickets at the Box Office for collection.

Online Booking

  • Online booking is available for selected events.
  • Tickets purchased online will be available for collection from the box office on the day of the event.
  • Friends discounts and other concessions are not currently available for online booking. If you wish to buy a ticket with a discount please contact the box office directly.
  • You will be sent a booking confirmation email please ensure you bring this with you to collect your tickets.
  • Online bookings will be subject to a £1.25 fee per transaction.

    REFUNDS, RESALES & CANCELLATIONS

    Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled by Cranleigh Arts Centre or the events promoter. We regret that we can not resell returned tickets for any of our events.

    In the event of the cancellation of an event by the venue/promoter/Act of God (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control), Cranleigh Arts Centre will only refund the face value of the ticket.

    No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.

    IN ADVANCE TICKETS

    Discounted ‘in advance’ tickets (when advertised) must be purchased before close of Centre’s opening hours the day before the event.

    CHILDREN'S EVENTS & BABES IN ARMS

    Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult for all events. Baby changing facilities are available.

    For children's shows and films only: should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below 2 years, the infant would be defined as a 'babe in arms', a seat will not be allocated, therefore the infant will be accommodated on parents' or guardians' laps. No charge will be made but there must be a separate ticket allocated for the child. Babes in arms tickets are not available for other shows.

    DISABLED ACCESS

    The Arts Centre is fully accessible. If you require wheelchair seats please inform the box office on booking. Please note that there are limited seats available with wheelchair access and therefore they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. A complimentary ticket can be offered to one helper when booking. The Arts Centre is fitted with Inductive Loop Systems at the box office and auditorium for films and lectures. There are three designated disabled parking spaces at the rear of the building.

    CAR PARKING

    We regret that our car park is for staff, tutors, private hire and disabled users only. Please use the car park on Village Way by the Leisure Centre.

    LATECOMERS/DISRUPTIVE AUDIENCE MEMBERS

    To ensure performances start on time, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the programme. Any one who becomes disruptive may be asked to leave the auditorium. Cranleigh Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse admission.

    ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

    We want to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience when visiting our venue. Agressive, violent or threatening behaviour towards staff and volunteers will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving in this manner will be reported to the police.

    CONCESSIONS

    Concession tickets are only available when advertised.However if advertised by a workshop hirer please enquire with the hirer directly as to which concessions apply.

    VOLUNTEERS

    Our volunteers are an essential and extremely valued part of the Arts Centre team. Their help is invaluable and fulfils roles which include helping at the box office, the coffee bar and bar, general stewarding as well as technical roles for theatre and films. Without the commitment and dedication of our volunteer team, we would not be able to provide most of the services we currently offer. If you have a few spare hours, why not give us a call?     OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

  • For events advertised outside of our opening hours (10am-4.30pm Tue-Sat) please note that the venue, box office, coffee bar and licensed bar will open 45mins before the start time of the event.

  • Please make yourself aware of the seating arrangements for individual events when booking. If you are unsure, please check with the box office.

  • Standing events have limited seating in the balcony and gallery area of the auditorium offered on a first come first served basis.

  • Cranleigh Arts Centre reserves the right to make changes to the programme. Please check details when booking.

  • The use of cameras and any form of audio or visual recording equipment is strictly forbidden.

  • Only beverages purchased at Cranleigh Arts Centre's bar may be consumed on the premises.

  • Cranleigh Arts Centre adopts a No Smoking Policy throughout the building.
