Conditions Of Sale

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled by Cranleigh Arts Centre or the events promoter. We regret that we can not resell returned tickets for any of our events.

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the venue/promoter/Act of God (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control), Cranleigh Arts Centre will only refund the face value of the ticket.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.

Discounted ‘in advance’ tickets (when advertised) must be purchased before close of Centre’s opening hours the day before the event.

Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult for all events. Baby changing facilities are available.

For children's shows and films only: should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below 2 years, the infant would be defined as a 'babe in arms', a seat will not be allocated, therefore the infant will be accommodated on parents' or guardians' laps. No charge will be made but there must be a separate ticket allocated for the child. Babes in arms tickets are not available for other shows.

The Arts Centre is fully accessible. If you require wheelchair seats please inform the box office on booking. Please note that there are limited seats available with wheelchair access and therefore they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. A complimentary ticket can be offered to one helper when booking. The Arts Centre is fitted with Inductive Loop Systems at the box office and auditorium for films and lectures. There are three designated disabled parking spaces at the rear of the building.

We regret that our car park is for staff, volunteers, tutors, private hire and disabled users only.

Please use the car park on Village Way by the Leisure Centre.

To ensure performances start on time, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the programme. Any one who becomes disruptive may be asked to leave the auditorium. Cranleigh Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse admission.

We want to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience when visiting our venue. Agressive, violent or threatening behaviour towards staff and volunteers will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving in this manner will be reported to the police.

Concession tickets are only available when advertised. However if advertised by a workshop hirer please enquire with the hirer directly as to which concessions apply.
